Dr. Hope’s signature yoga class, Yoga for Nervous System Health, is designed to powerfully reset the Nervous System, allowing for greater ease and adaptability on and off the yoga mat.
This class includes neuroscience techniques and the polyvagal theory incorporated into a slow and nurturing yoga flow. It also may include some dynamic breathwork and movement patterns from the Kundalini tradition that build resilience. Drawing on the worlds of modern Neuroscience and various ancient yogic lineages allows the body to receive the full spectrum of benefits.
You will definitely leave feeling more connected to your body and with a number of accessible tools to find the peace that already exists in your Nervous System.
